I called them, asked could they give me a quote, at the time they were pretty jammed, but they did the nicest thing and moved another appointment just for me, they came at the exact time they said they would. Came and looked at the damage and repaired it the same day. It was so beautiful after they got done. If anyone is looking for heating/ac repair or installment these guys are the ones to call, and the best part is they're very professional. I just love the work and all around service.

first came and looked at everything and gave me a detailed description on everything that needs to be repaired and they take proper PPE. They also installed a new water heater for me and more. The guys at Just Kool were very professional and came in wearing PPE masks and covered their boots and shoes following protocol for Covid which was a huge relief from the beginning. They also were very informative and performing the task I inquired about while they were going through the processes. They were very respectful in the knowledge in their business. I would definitely recommend them and use them again and they are very reasonable when it comes to pricing. I wouldn't use anyone else from this point on in regards to my HVAC related situations at the property.

Great guys very friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention patient. Being a new homeowner they

We love and enjoy our water heater recently installed by Just Kool. Justin and Shawn are very professional, honest, reliable and they know their job very well. They wear proper PPE and cleaned the area very well after their work. In addition they explained very well and educated us how to do the annual check up of the system. They are very reasonable in their quotes and we recommend them 100%.

Highly recommend using JUST KOOL Heating Cooling & Water Heaters! They recently replaced a very old boiler in our rental property and truly exceeded our expectations. They came out to the house promptly to assess situation, thoroughly explained their observations and provided us all necessary details to make an informed decision for next steps. They were clearly knowledgeable, experienced and were able to answer all of our questions. My concern was to not inconvenience our tenants in the property. JUST KOOL was extremely flexible working around our tenants schedule, completed job in estimated timeframe provided, left the workspace clean and made sure boiler was working properly before leaving. They removed existing boiler and installed a brand new one for a very fair price. They are true professionals and provided quality work. Highly recommend!

JUST KOOL came out and serviced my oil burner. They went above and beyond with making sure everything was running as efficient as it could. They also diagnosed and fixed two of my zones that were not getting heat to them. I will never use another company.
